Implementation of Quality Policy

• All work must be planned and executed in compliance with this policy
• All jobs not complying with this policy must not be started or if started, must be stopped and the situation rectified.
• Only qualified and competent personnel shall be employed.
• Staff shall be trained on SHE issues to recognize hazards in their work
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be provided for all staff and the use of these be deemed compulsory.
• A HSE Officer shall be employed and his role clearly defined.
• All accidents/incidents that may occur shall be reported and fully investigated to prevent a reoccurrence.
• All HSE Meetings, Lectures, Findings, accidents, Audits,
• Plans and performance statistics shall be properly documented for reference purposes and good CASHES inferences.
